What We Cover
In your session you will delve deeper into understanding how coffee is brewed, using espresso as an example. Coffee making is way more science than it is art, with coffee to water ratios being very important to get the most out of your beans, understanding how water temperature effects extraction and the importance of how the coffee tastes to work out how to hone in on the best espresso.
