Coffee Experience Day
Experience the Art of Coffee Roasting with a special coffee roasters experience.
Book a visit to our roastery after we are closed to the public and experience an hour of coffee roaster’s heaven, lead by our expert roaster.
Begin with an introduction to the world of speciality coffee, learn the very best ways to brew speciality coffee at home and experience roasting and cupping coffee in our roastery in Cobham.
A guide to what you should expect to explore with us:
- Where coffee comes from
- Harvesting and processing methods and how these impact flavour
- Countries of origin and the importance of altitude
- The role of the coffee roaster vs the barista
- Basics of coffee brewing: coffee to water ratios, different brew methods
- Coffee tasting
Currently running on Wednesday afternoons from 2.30pm, the session is for a maximum of 4 people a person and will last for approximately 1 hour. These can also be arranged at a time to suit you.
The session is £45 per person; if you are booking for multiple people add the number of people you wish to book for when ordering.
Wherever possible we try to roast our coffee to order to ensure the coffee you receive is as fresh as possible. This can unfortunately mean that coffee orders will not always be shipped on the same day the order is placed. Keep an eye on your email inbox for shipping updates.
