Primavera Spring Blend - Peru & Colombia Coffee Beans - Limited Edition
Spring is here and we've launched our latest limited edition seasonal blend! When deciding a name for the blend we landed on the Spanish and Italian words for Spring, Primavera, which literally translate to "First Spring", with the "ver" being the root of many European words that came to mean green, with that first sight of green buds sprouting from the trees probably being the inspiration.
For our speciality coffee blend we wanted something that celebrated our Spanish speaking origin countries; both our Colombian Excelso and Peruvian have a smooth chocolatey mouthfeel that comes through beautifully as an espresso. The Peru has some lovely Apricot, Peachy and Currant notes, whilst the Colombian packs the real coffee wallop, to make what we think is a perfect, well-rounded coffee for a variety of brew methods.

I'm not a very discerning coffee drinker but this blend certainly has some subtle flavours and you can't miss the chocolate. Definitely one to try.
